Our Pricing is super simple.
For most disks, you pay a flat $199 cost for recovery. The only additional cost will be media and shipping back to you. This can vary with how much data is recovered etc. To save $, feel free to mail your own media for the recovery.
The flat fee depends on the capacity of the disk:
Up to 250GB - $199
250GB to 500GB - $299
500GB to 1TB - $399
Up to 2TB - $499

Beware of data recovery firms that charge a "range" of prices! In our experience the price ends up near the top of the "range"...
With DriveFish, you always know exactly what your costs will be.
Normal turnaround time is 7-10 business days for diagnosis. If you need the service performed faster, we can also expedite your order for $99. Just let us know on the order form you want your order expedited and we will begin work as soon as your disk arrives at our offices.
